Water damage to Cassopolis, MI Kitchen

A dishwasher had been leaking in this Cassopolis, MI home for a few days undetected.  The homeowner noticed water in the basement and called us to investigate.  Come to find out, the dishwasher caused major damage under the ceramic tile in the kitchen.  It's the water that you don't see that can do the most damage.  We used our meters to determine that there was water trapped underneath the ceramic tile and the multiple layers of flooring.  In order to dry the subfloor correctly we removed the ceramic tile, concrete board and the numerous layers of flooring.  Call SERVPRO of Cass & St. Joseph Counties at 269-273-8777.
