Commercial Water Damage

SERPVRO of Cass & St. Joseph Counties received this call on a Friday night at midnight. This property is located in Sturgis, MI.  Our technicians were there by 1:30am. Upon arriving we set up dehumidifiers to control the humidity levels from the broken pipe which poured over 30,000 gallons of water in the basement of this commercial property. Within 2 hours we had all of the water extracted, trim pulled and equipment setup to dry the walls and carpet.
