• Sign up for weather alerts or notifications.


• Create a communication plan with your family that includes your emergency meeting place.


• Practice your plan with your family.


• Prepare your home by keeping the trees trimmed near your house.


• Encourage your neighbors to prepare for server thunderstorm weather.
